Malik brings 37 years of Engineering, strategic business
and management experience to M&A. In 2003, he launched Reoa Corp, which
in 2005 was one of the top Business to Business firms in the San
Francisco Bay Area. Malik being CEO and Chairman of Reoa Corporation has extensive experience with middle
market businesses in a wide variety of industries, including
manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, wireless products, technology
product and service companies and franchisors. For the last ten years
Malik has specialized in architecting strategic plans for middle market
companies to help them grow and/or exit though Merger & Acquisition
(M&A) transactions and family successions. He has also been the
investment advisor and strategic consultant for more than 100 companies
looking to grow and/or sell, and assisted in numrous M&A
transactions.
