Reoa Corp. ("Reoa Banking"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reoa Corporation, is a mortgage company operating throughout the U.S. and in Canada engaged in the business of originating, financing, securitizing, servicing, and selling Commercial Business & Real Estate loans that do not conform to the credit or other criteria established by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Banking loans are referred to as "non-prime" mortgage loans. Banking is owned by Reoa Corp and use Investor Funds, a leading U.S. private equity firm.
