Details of Investment program

  1. Foreign investors will become limited partners in Investment partnerships (LLC).

  2. The LLC will invest in an approved real estate development project.

  3. The LLC will create jobs and hire sufficient workers as required by the laws.

5-STEP PROCESS

  1. Foreign investment Validation, confirmation of Funds and pre approval.

  2. Preliminary Approval of funds credibility. Opening of Escrow and minimum payment placed in escrow.

  3. Filing the Green Card: EB-5 Petition with complete paper work and authorization.

  4. Obtaining Status as Conditional resident.

  5. Opportunity to be employed in the business based on their own skills. Getting Green Card.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Foreign national investor must invest a minimum of $1,000,000 as his at risk capital in the new business.

  2. The funds will be invested in an new LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) that will hire at least 10 full-time U.S. employees per foreign investor partner.

  3. The maximum paid up capital will be $5 million and will employ at least 50 full-time employee.

  4. The investor partners will have opportunity to be employed in the business based on their own skills.

ESCROW PROCESS

  1. Investor completes the original Agreements, he must also deposit 20% as the initial payment as required by the Partnership.

  2. The deposit is placed in a legal, interest bearing trust escrow account designated for the investor’s exclusive use and purpose.

  3. Investor will deposit full money into Escrow account as soon as visa application approval at the Consulate. Money is released to the partnership to be used for the development project.
